3. Improper adjustment of the reversing valve




The incorrect adjustment of the reversing valve causes the valve core of the reversing valve to move too fast, which causes the reversing impact and thus produces noise and vibration.When working, the valve core of the hydraulic valve is supported on the spring, which causes vibration and noise when its frequency is similar to the pulsating frequency of the oil delivery rate of the hydraulic pump or other vibration source frequencies.


Solution: If the reversing valve used is a hydraulic reversing valve, the throttle element in the control oil circuit should be adjusted to make the reversing smooth and impact-free. Vibration and noise can be prevented by changing the inherent frequency of the pipeline system, changing the position of the control valve or adding accumulator appropriately.


4. Unstable overflow valve


The system pressure fluctuation and noise are caused by improper matching of the slide valve with the valve hole or by dirt blocking at the contact of the cone valve with the valve seat, blocking of the damping hole, skewed or invalid springs, etc.


Solution: Clean and dredge the Yinni hole carefully; check the overflow valve and repair or replace it in time if any damage is found.


5. Mechanical Vibration


The slim tubing, many elbows and no fixed tubing are liable to cause tubing dithering when the oil flow rate is high. The unbalanced rotating parts of the motor and the hydraulic pump, poor alignment during installation, or loose coupling joints can all produce vibration and noise.


Solution: Longer tubing is recommended to be separated from machine tool wall, with appropriate support clamp; adjust the installation precision of motor and hydraulic pump; reinstall coupling to ensure coaxiality less than 0.1MM, etc.


In addition to daily maintenance, when abnormal phenomena occur in the operation of the equipment, troubleshoot the fault location and cause one by one, and take corresponding measures in time to avoid greater losses.
