No gap will appear at the contact between the hose outer rubber and the hose outer rubber when the sleeve is bent by hand, and the inner core of the joint should not be seriously deformed.
2. Insert a thin wire or bar into the inner core of the joint and gently test for friction around the inner core wall. The smooth and smooth surrounding of the inner core wall indicates that the joint is qualified for buckling.If there is a sense of fault around the inner core wall, it indicates that the inner core of the joint may break due to excessive buckling pressure, and the hose may leak oil or drum up during later use.There is also a case where the buckle pressure is too high to cause the inner core to break directly. This is because the inner core will be directly blocked and cannot be pushed in with wires or rods. The hose is waste.
